Toll Brothers breaks ground at the Estates at Hilltown

The Estates at Hilltown features large 1.25-acre to 2-acre home sites

Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, announced the official ground breaking of The Estates at Hilltown, a single-family home community in Hilltown Township, Bucks County, PA.
"This exciting occasion marks the beginning of what will become a spectacular community in Hilltown," says Brent Fleckenstein, project manager. "We are building breathtaking ‘Signature Series’ homes, which are the largest home designs built by Toll Brothers."
The Estates at Hilltown features large 1.25-acre to 2-acre home sites, many of which are wooded, providing a majestic setting for these new homes.
The Estates at Hilltown will consist of 33 single-family homes. Buyers may choose from five Signature Series floorplans, ranging from 3,710 to 4,900 square feet the Marion, Carmel, Southport, Chamberlain, Henley and Malvern with various exterior designs including brick, stucco or stone. Options such as greenhouses and conservatories are available to add on additional square footage to the home.
All Signature Series homes will feature a myriad of outstanding features at no extra cost. Some of these features include 10-foot first floor ceilings and 9-foot second floor ceilings, 8-foot tall front entry doors, three-car garages, a security system, and hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, breakfast area, dining room and powder room.
The Estates at Hilltown, this premier Hilltown Township community, boasts a convenient location adjacent to Route 152 and within 10 minutes of Routes 309, 202 and 313. Doylestown and Montgomeryville are less than 15 minutes from the community, and Allentown and Philadelphia can be reached in 45 and 50 minutes, respectively. Commuting by train to Center City Philadelphia is an easy 45-minute ride from the Lansdale Train Station, located just 15 minutes away. The Philadelphia International Airport can be reached in a little over an hour by car or 60 minutes by train.
When complete, the Henley decorated model will feature a dramatic two-story foyer with dual staircases flanked by formal living and dining rooms. Through the foyer of the Henley is a generous study and soaring two-story family room with a secondary privacy staircase. The breakfast area, center island cooktop and abundant counter space complement the expansive kitchen. Upstairs is a master suite featuring a sumptuous bath, private den and abundant closet space. Three large bedrooms, each with their own private bath, complete the second floor.
