 East Brunswick Patrolman Jason Haykel is pictured with the department’s DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) vehicle, a 1998 Chevy Lumina, which won first place in the Working Patrol Car division at the 2006 State DARE Conference in Atlantic City this month. The DARE vehicle was purchased in 1998. Additional work was performed to enhance the look of the vehicle in 2002. All parts and labor were donated by area businesses, including Helias Autocraft, Decals by Design, D&A Auto Parts, Code 3, Custom Concepts, STS Tires and Alan Radio. |
