The West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional Board of Education opted for consistency at its reorganization meeting Tuesday, returning Hemant Marathe to the position of board president. The vote was unanimous.
"I give a lot of credit to the administration," Mr. Marathe said. "They have been very helpful in working with the board."
Robert Johnson will replace Patricia Bocarsly as the board’s vice president.
Ms. Bocarsly will chair the curriculum committee. That committee had been chaired by Henry Wieck, who opted not to run for re-election.
Returning board member Stan Katz, who was re-elected in the April 18 election, will continue to serve as chairman of the finance committee. Ellen Walsh will continue as chairwoman of the administration and finance committee.
