The Jewish Federation of Greater Monmouth County, and area synagogues will present “Monmouth Celebrates Israel” May 7 from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown.
The event will feature a 5.8K fund-raising walk with proceeds benefit Israeli victims of terror. Following the walk will be an expo with various Israeli-made goods, Judaica, kosher foods, face painting, balloons and games. Local Rabbis will also give short lectures and classes. Fee to take part in the walk is $18, and includes a T-shirt, bracelet and bottled water.
