   Bharat Ramlogan, 36, of Brookside Lane was charged with driving while intoxicated after an officer responding to a report of a drunken driver on New Amwell road found him asleep in his vehicle near the intersection of New Amwell Road and South Triangle Road at 8:44 p.m. on April 24.
   The officer approached the 1997 Mitsubishi Galant on the passenger side and knocked on the window to awaken Mr. Ramlogan, police said. When asked to roll down the passenger window, Mr. Ramlogan got out of the vehicle. Police said he was swaying and leaning on the vehicle for support. Mr. Ramlogan failed the field sobriety test and was taken into custody.
   Mr. Ramlogan was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to Breathalyzer, reckless driving and driving without a license.

Miguel Rivera, 50, of Robin Road was charged with driving while intoxicated after an officer observed his dark gray 1987 Toyota swerving on Triangle Road at 11:37 p.m. on April 28.
   After observing his car swerve from the left lane to the right lane while traveling west on Triangle Road, the officer put on his lights to stop the car. The car swerved right then turned into Farm Road, where it stopped.
   Police asked Mr. Rivera to perform field sobriety tests after he said he had a couple drink before driving.
   Mr. Rivera failed the field sobriety test, and was taken into custody, police said. The Breathalyzer test at the station registered his blood alcohol level to be 0.20 (the legal limit is 0.08).
   Mr. Rivera was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving.

Solomon Sengal, 46, of Somerset, was charged with driving while intoxicated after an officer observed his 1990 blue Volvo swerve on Amwell Road at 10:02 on April 26.
   The officer, who was responding to a complaint of a drunken driver, was traveling east on Amwell Road when he saw the Volvo traveling in the opposite direction just west of Roycebrook Road. The officer pulled behind the car at a red light at the intersection of Amwell Road and Route 206 and observed the car move very slowly across Route 206 and then swerve toward the curb.
   Mr. Sengal failed the field sobriety test, police said. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a Breathalyzer test.
