Senior Menus-May 18, 2006

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, May 18 — Pineapple juice, stuffed pepper, pasta spirals, yellow squash, tossed salad with Swiss cheese, Italian bread and peach yogurt cup. Keep Smiling Day.
   Friday, May 19 — Apple juice, veal patty marsala, browned red potatoes, asparagus, mandarin oranges, rye bread and brownie. Bingo.
   Saturday, May 20 — Cranapple juice, seafood salad, wheat bread, three-bean salad, fruit, black-and-white cookie and milk.
   Sunday, May 21 — Orange juice, turkey, Kaiser roll, minced coleslaw, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, May 22 — Chicken rice soup, pork chop with gravy, pasta primavera, whole baby carrots, applesauce with cinnamon, dinner roll and butterfly pastry. Bingo.
   Tuesday, May 23 — Pineapple juice, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, Harvard beets, minced coleslaw, pumpernickel bread and strawberry ice cream. Cards.
   Wednesday, May 24 — Apple juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, peas, tossed salad, rye bread and banana. Bingo.
   Thursday, May 25 — Minestrone soup, honey lemon chicken cutlet, sweet potato patty, green beans, citrus sections, six-grain bread and black-and-white cookies. Wear Pink Day.
