Charles A. Tindall
   WASHINGTON — Charles Arthur Tindall, 90, died May 10 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton.
   Born in Windsor, he was a lifetime resident of the Robbinsville area.
   Mr. Tindall was employed for several years at Scheidler Equipment in Hamilton Square. He then went on to work as an automobile mechanic for Gilbert Chevrolet in Hightstown for over 20 years and served as the Washington Township animal control officer.
   He was an avid hunter and trap shooter and was a member of several clubs and organizations including the Quaker City Gun Club, the New York Athletic Club, the Atlantic City Gun Club and Westy Hogans, the Pine Belt and Pine Valley Clubs and was a member of the American Trap Shooters Association for 50 years.
   He loved ballroom dancing and enjoyed playing billiards. In later years, he enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Washington Township Senior Center.
   Son of the late Ambrose and Mary Tindall and husband of the late Melvina Tindall, he was predeceased by four brothers, Frank, Ambrose (Andy), Marvin (Whitey) and Norris Tindall; and two sisters, Reba Tindall and Elsie Patterson. He is survived by a brother, John Tindall of Whiting; and four sisters, Mabel Stine of Mercerville, Pearl Busch of Robbinsville, Eleanor Pullen of Bordentown and June Curlis of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; as well as many nieces and nephews.
   Funeral Services were held Tuesday at the Peppler Funeral Home in Allentown.

Margherita DePinto
   UPPER FREEHOLD — Margherita DePinto, 75, of Cream Ridge died Friday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton.
   Born in Molfetta, Italy, she was a resident of Cream Ridge for more than 60 years.
   Ms. DePinto loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
   Daughter of the late Sergio and Margherita Fasciano and wife of the late Corrado DePinto, she is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Maria DePinto of Cream Ridge and Generosa and Robert Metelsky of Cream Ridge; a son and daughter-in-law, Damiano and Patricia DePinto of Cream Ridge; a brother and sister-in-law, Corrado and Elizabeth Fasciano of Weehawken; a sister and brother-in-law, Anna and Domenico Mongelli of Allentown; grandchildren Gina, Theresea, Kristina, Thomas, Corrado and John; sisters-in-law Martha and Victoria Fasciano, Anna, Louise and Gloria DePinto; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Salvatore and Marie DePinto; brother-in-law Cosmo DePinto; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
   Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday at St. Gregory the Great in Hamilton.

Evangeline M.

Pedersen
   BORDENTOWN — Evangeline M. Pedersen died May 7 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton.
   Born in Jersey City, she lived at the Clare Estate in Bordentown for the past two years. Prior to that, she was a resident of the Wiley Christian Retirement Community in Marlton. Ms. Pedersen lived in Robbinsville for 18 years.
   She was a graduate of Rutgers University and was a retired school teacher of over 30 years who had taught in the Newark and Woodbridge school districts. Her many affiliations included board member of the Mercer County Retired Educators Association, former vice president of the Washington Township Republican Club, past president of the Nu Theta Sigma Sorority, lifetime member of the NJEA and NEA, member of the NJ League of Women Voters, past vice president of the Washington Township Senior Citizens Club, and a member of the Marlton Senior Citizens Club.
   She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Massa of Robbinsville; a son, Nicholas L. Pollis Jr. of Williamstown; and a grandson, Robert V. Massa of Hamilton.
   Private funeral services were held Friday at the Bradley Funeral Home, Marlton.

Anthony J. Franzo
   SUNRISE, Fla. — Anthony J. Franzo, 83, died May 7 at Florida Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
   Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mr. Franzo moved to East Windsor, N.J., in 1962 before retiring to Florida in 1988.
   Mr. Franzo was a graduate of Franklin K. Lane High School and attended St. John’s University in New York City.
   A World War II Army Air Force veteran, serving in the 547th Bomb Squadron and the 384th Bomb Group, Mr. Franzo was a prisoner of war for 18 months. He received numerous medals including the Purple Heart, Air Medal, EAME Theater Service Medal and the Distinguished Unit Badge.
   In 1982 he retired from National Lead Company after 35 years of employment.
   Son of the late Thomas and Helen Franzo, he is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jeanne Franzo of Sunrise.; four children and their spouses, Rick and Heidi Franzo of Hightstown, N.J., Toni and Lee Micai of Plumsted, N.J., Laurie Franzo of Hellertown, Pa., and Tim Franzo of Sunrise; and five grandchildren, Erik, Ryan, Jeremy, Christina and Jenipher.
   Funeral services were held Friday at the Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.

Winifred Leona

Stutz
   HAMILTON — Winifred Leona Stutz died at home on May 8.
   One of seven children of Blanche and James H. Firsh, "Winnie" was born in Turners Falls, Mass., on May 20, 1917. Her family moved to Trenton in 1931 when her father accepted a position as superintendent of Paterson Parchment Paper Mill in Bristol, Pa.
   She graduated from Trenton High School and while a young member of Grace Baptist Church in Trenton, provided vocal and piano music for various church activities. Music continued to influence her life and she played the piano and organ at many family gatherings. In the 1950s she became a member of St. Paul’s Methodist Church in Trenton and enjoyed the experience of being a Sunday school teacher.
   Ms. Stutz retired from the state of New Jersey as a supervisor in the Department of Labor and Industry after over 28 years of service.
   She is survived by her husband, Robert N. Stutz; a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce A. and James M. McLaine of Pocono Pines, Pa.; a son, Clarence A. Kelsey of Florida; six married grandchildren, Laurie Hill of Columbus, Ohio, Jennifer Schiffrin of Towaco, Pamela Fuehrer of Scarsdale, N.Y., James McLaine Jr. of Easton, Pa., Jason Kelsey of Gainesville, Fla., and Darren Kelsey of Allentown.
   Three brothers, John W., James Hamilton and Donald E. Fish, and one sister, Dorothy Borden, predeceased Ms. Stutz. She has one remaining sister, Lois Mulcahy of Bordentown, and her brothers, H. Kenneth Fish of Weston, Mass., and Douglas L. Fish of Knoxville, Tenn.
   She also is survived by Penny Kelsey, the mother of two of her grandsons; numerous nieces and nephews; and three sisters-in-law, Verna, Anne and Betty Fish.
   She also had eight great-grandchildren, Cara, Stephanie, Rebecca, Hannah, Cole, Olivia, James III and Annika.
   A memorial service was held Saturday at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home in Pennington.
   Memorial contributions may be sent to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Roland Koleszar
   FORKED RIVER — Roland "Bucky" Koleszar, 81, died May 9 at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton.
   Born in Trenton, Mr. Koleszar was a lifelong resident of Hamilton and also resided in Forked River in his summer home.
   He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II with the 16th Armored Division, 23 Calvary, having served in central Europe as an armored driver.
   He was the owner/operator of Bucky’s Body and Fender Shop in Lawrenceville since 1958. He also had been employed with several dealerships including Brock and Reese Buick and Coleman Oldsmobile.
   Mr. Koleszar was a member of the American Legion Post 458 and VFW 3022 and was a charter member of the Lacey Township Elks 2518.
   He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
   Predeceased by his parents, Mary (Horvath) and Andrew Koleszar, his sisters, Zora Schnorbus and Shirley Hilborne, and a brother, Victor Koleszar, he is survived by a son, Dennis R. Koleszar of Forked River; his companion of 35 years, Beatrice Suzch of Robbinsville; a sister, Mitzi Fanny of Robbinsville; a brother, James Kolszar; three grandchildren, Tammy Koleszar of Florida, Wendy Magner of Little Egg Harbor and Hunter Koleszar of Montana; two great-grandchildren, Amanda Snyder and Jack Magner; and many nieces and nephews.
   American Legion services were held Friday.
Agnes T. Hammer
   TRENTON — Agnes T. Hammer, 88, died Friday at home.
   Born in Trenton, where she resided all her life, she was employed by General Motors during World War II, Thermoid Rubber Factory, and she was most recently a caregiver. She also was a member of the Mount Carmel Guild.
   Ms. Hammer was predeceased by her parents, Vincent Kozlik and Mary Wyzga Kozlik; three brothers and five sisters; and her son, Alfred A. Hammer III.
   She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Leon and Barbara Hammer of York, Pa.; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Hammer of Robbinsville; four grandchildren, Teresa and husband Kenneth Braddy, Lisa Clendaniel, Brian Hammer and fiancee Natalie Sudia, and Daniel Hammer; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
   The funeral was held on Wednesday at Gruerio Funeral Home in Trenton.
   A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Trenton.
