Robert W. Hansbury Sr., 59, of Ewing Township, died Tuesday at the University Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. He was a design engineer of the State of New Jersey, Department of Transportation, in Ewing for 37 years. He served in the Air National Guard from 1966-1972.
Son of the late Daniel Hansbury, he is survived by his mother, Grace Hartman of Hamilton; a son, Robert W. Hansbury Jr. of Ewing; a daughter and son-in-law, Stacy and William Forke of Manville; a brother and sister-in-law John and Beth Hansbury of Titusville; a sister and brother-in-law Ruth and James Abbott of Titusville; four grandchildren, Keegan and Bryce Forke, Brianne and Tyler Hansbury; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 6 p.m. at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, Pennington Circle, with the Rev. William Shaub officiating.
Friends may call Friday from 5 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
