Senior Menus-June 1, 2006

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, June 1 — Vegetable rice soup, Hungarian goulash, pasta spirals, peas with pearl onions, tropical fruit salad, rye bread and mini cream puff. Bring a Friend to Lunch Day.
   Friday, June 2 — Cranapple juice, barbecued rib tickler, hot potato salad, succotash, applesauce, six-grain bread and angel food cake. Bingo and site meeting.
   Saturday, June 3 — Blended juice, chicken salad, rye bread, Italian vegetable salad, fruit, sandwich cookies and milk.
   Sunday, June 4 — Pineapple juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, potato salad, fruit, chocolate cupcakes and milk.
   Monday, June 5 — Orange juice, chicken a la Bernard, mashed potatoes, asparagus, cranberry molded salad, pumpernickel bread and red grapes. Bingo.
   Tuesday, June 6 — Seafood bisque, honey glazed pork chop, rice with peas, whole baby carrots, applesauce with cinnamon, rye bread and spice cake. Cards.
   Wednesday, June 7 — Minestrone soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, creamed corn, mandarin oranges, dinner roll and apple pocket. Bingo.
   Thursday, June 8 — Grape juice, vegetable lasagna with tomato sauce, green beans, antipasto salad, Italian bread and vanilla ice cream cup. Good Deed Day. >
