Under sunny skies, about 350 persons ate, drank and played at last Saturday’s “Beach Bash” fundraiser at the Sea Bright Municipal Beach and parking lot to make the fourth annual event the most successful one yet, according to Felecia Stratton, co-chairwoman of the borough’s recreation committee.
For four hours straight, revelers of all ages took in the all-you-can-eat barbecue, live music and dancing, games, and even a drum circle demonstration.
The borough’s recreation committee, which sponsors the annual event, uses the proceeds to purchase equipment and run recreation programs for children and families in Sea Bright.
