HEALTH & MEDICINE
   Princeton resident Constance N. Weiler, received the Distinguished Clinical Service Award from the New Jersey Speech Language Hearing Association. This award recognizes a member in good standing with five or more years of professional experience whose primary responsibility is in direct service to individuals with speech, language or hearing disorders.
   The innovative therapy programs provided by Ms. Weiler, a speech-language pathologist, include a forthright relationship with each client family.
   She maintains close and frequent communication with the parents believing that parents must understand their children’s speech-language disorders and the rationale for intervention plans so their children are successful.
   Ms. Weiler has held adjunct faculty positions at Rider University and Mercer County Community College and also provides inservice training at schools, hospitals, nursing homes and private practices.
MARKETING
   Kingston based Digital Brand Expressions, specializing in next-generation search engine marketing programs, announced the following new additions to its growing staff: Loraine Beiner as search engine marketing manager, responsible for supporting the company’s search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising programs; and Pamela Abbazia as a copywriter and data analyst, supporting the optimization teams for client Websites.

   Princeton resident Elizabeth Marron Cooper, Class of 1971, has received the 2006 Distinguished Achievement Award from her alma mater, Chestnut Hill College. A senior vice president and director of strategic services at Gillespie MRM, based in Lawrenceville, she is chief branding specialist.
   During her career she has held top positions at prestigious New York advertising and marketing companies and has received numerous accolades and awards in her industry. Her strong sense of values, faith and integrity is notable in a field known for its cynicism.
   Chestnut Hill College, located in Philadelphia, is a four-year co-ed Catholic college offering a traditional liberal arts undergraduate program and accelerated master’s and doctoral programs.

   IneXel Medical Strategy & Communications of Lawrenceville has recently added to its staff. Dr. Chang An Chu has joined as medical director, bringing extensive knowledge of endocrinology, metabolisms, and cardiovascular disease to the agency, along with a thorough understanding of drug interactions. Previously with Hoffman La-Roche, he has 20 years of experience in human studies and animal research in type-2 diabetes, obesity and infection. He also provides IneXel with broad understanding of the Asian health care industry, which he gained by attending China National Medical University and holding professional posts at the Institute of Orthopedics & Traumatology in Beijing.
   Michele Musci came on board as vice president account supervisor, with a primary role of servicing key accounts. She has 11 years of diverse experience in pharmaceutical marketing and medical education, spanning professional and managed markets. And Jillian Cherny has been named senior project coordinator. She comes to IneXel from the Medical Education Group in Trevose, Pa., where she assisted in planning and implementing medical education programs, publications, and convention activities for pharmaceutical firms.
   IneXel provides a full range of services in the major areas of medical communication including educational initiatives and clinical trial support.
HOSPITALITY
   Marc Fournier has been named general manager for the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village. The upscale 294 guest room hotel and conference facility was recently purchased by Highland Hospitality of Virginia. Mr. Fournier brings more than 15 years of hospitality-industry management experience to his position at the Westin. He joins Crestline Hotels & Resorts, the Westin’s management company, from Aramark Harrison Lodging where he was the acting general manager and director of operations for the Harrison Conference Center and Hotel in Plainsboro. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., he is a member of the Mercer County College Hospitality Advisory Committee. He resides with his wife and daughter in Yardley, Pa.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
   NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union re-appointed three members of the board of directors: Robert Phillips of Cranbury, a board member since 1998 and senior program manager on the headquarters staff at IBM; Vincent Girardy, a director of the credit union since 1996 and currently serving as mayor of Peapack/Gladstone; and Lawrenceville resident Dale Haller, a recent IBM retiree after 38 years’ service. NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union was formed in 1969 to serve employees of IBM in Dayton. Recently, NJ Gateway received a community charter allowing for the expansion of its field of membership to anyone who lives, works, attends school or worships in Middlesex County.

   Amy Gallinagh of South Brunswick, has recently been hired as director of marketing for Tillit Group LLC. She will work in Princeton headquarters. Not only responsible for all marketing and public relations efforts, she will lead continuous research into ERISA, UPIA, fiduciary and attorney concerns; as well as editing the newsletter, Website and other publications.
   A provider of independent fiduciary consulting services, the Tillit Group’s Princeton office is located on Route 1 in Plainsboro.

   Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, has announced that Michael Hadjiloucas and Keith E. Kube have joined the firm as senior managers in the tax department in the Princeton office.
LAW
   Stark & Stark has announced the following attorneys recently hired to practice in the Lawrenceville office: Christopher R. Geary of Ewing as a member of the litigation practice group concentrating in construction litigation and Joanna M. Perilli of Hamilton as associate in the real estate, zoning and land use group. Additionally Jason A. Storipan of Avenel in the litigation group and Robert B. White III of Highland Park in the personal injury group.

   Richard H. Steen, of Richard H. Steen LLC Attorneys at Law in Mercer County, was honored with the 2006 Distinguished Service award at the Clapp Awards ceremony of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The awards are an annual event held in recognition of outstanding contributions to continuing legal education and are named for the late Judge Alfred C. Clapp. Mr. Steen is treasurer of the New Jersey State Bar Association, serves on the board of the State Bar Foundation and was founding chair of the association’s dispute resolution section.
   A frequent lecturer for many organizations on construction law, dispute management and alternative dispute resolution, his practice includes engineering and construction law, complex commercial disputes, environmental law and alternative dispute resolution.

   Robert J. Pruchnik recently joined Parker McCay’s Lawrenceville office as counsel in the firm’s school law group. Mr. Pruchnik will concentrate his practice in the areas of school and public sector labor law, with particular emphasis on special education law. He is a member of the American, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania and Monmouth County Bar Association, and a resident of Hazlet.
   Parker McCay is headquartered in Marlton.
HUMAN RESOURCES
   Rebecca Krisulevicz, executive assistant with GE Healthcare based in Princeton, has been elected president of the Mercer Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
   Other officers elected include: vice president, Anne Bosler of SES Americom, Princeton; treasurer, Karen Williams of Mironov, Sloan & Parziale LLC, Edison; and secretary, Nichole Makuch of Novo Nordisk, Princeton.
   Immediate Past Chapter President, Mary R. Marrone-Polo, executive assistant with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation based in Princeton, has been elected vice president of the New Jersey Division of the IAAP.
   IAAP is the world’s leading association for administrative professionals providing career information, education, networking opportunities and certification programs. The Mercer Chapter holds monthly educational meetings and an annual professional seminar.

   Princeton resident Janet R. Pickover was recently named Meeting Planner of the Year by the Meeting Professionals International- NJ chapter.
   The award is given to an individual who has contributed to the growth and professionalism of the industry. Ms. Pickover has been running her own meeting management company, JR Associates for 25 years and has been a member of the MPI-NJ Chapter for more than 20 years.
   Established in 1972, MPI has more than 20,000 members in 68 chapters and clubs across the USA, Canada and Europe.

   Cranbury native, William F. Adiletta, founder of eStrategies Group, entered into an agreement with Tekmark Global Solutions to create TekFinancial Solutions — a unique blend of strategic leadership and broad IT services addressing the transformation underway in the financial markets today.
   Recognized as an expert in large-scale software development, global trading systems, middleware architecture, and next-generation telecommunications network infrastructure, Mr. Adiletta has served for over 20 years as a senior executive and solutions architect in the financial and telecommunications industries.
