The New Jersey Blind Citizens Association’s Camp Happiness, 18 Burlington Ave., Leonardo section of Middletown, will hold an open house July 16 from noon to 4 p.m. The free event is open to the public and will feature information about the camp as well as a barbecue with hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, soft drinks and other items.
