MaryAnn Vitiello, from the Jersey Shore Q spot, a program of the Jersey Shore Community Center Project, will speak. The project is developing a center in Asbury Park to provide support, services and resources for Ocean and Monmouth County’s Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender (GLBT) community. Support for youth is one of their main areas of focus. GLBT teens and their family members are especially welcome to this meeting.
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month. Although the group meets in a church building, it is not affiliated with any religious organization.
