MANVILLE Nellie A. (Metezcuk) Orlik died Aug. 4 at Raritan Health & Extended Care Center in Raritan. She was 85.
Born in Tamaqua, Pa., she moved from Coaldale, Pa., to Manville in 1960.
Mrs. Orlik was employed as a seamstress by E.C.J. Manufacturing in Raritan until she retired.
She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville.
She was a member of the Manville Senior Citizens Club, Inc.
Her husband, John F. Orlik, died in 1977; and a daughter, Barbara Hurrila, died in 2003. One brother and two sisters are deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Paul J. of St. Augustine, Fla., Steve M. Sr. and Daniel J. of Manville; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral service was held Aug. 8 from Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home in Manville, followed by a funeral liturgy at Sacred Heart Church. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
