Francisco Dominguez, 26, of Abbington Drive, was charged Tuesday with criminal sexual contact and harassment.
Police said a 16-year old female told them Mr. Dominguez followed her to the basement of the business where both worked in the Twin Rivers Mall at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, approached her from behind and kissed and touched her in an inappropriate manner.
A 17-year-old male from Monroe was charged Aug. 24 with criminal mischief.
Police said they saw a vehicle exit Walgreen’s Pharmacy onto Route 571 without headlights on. A search of the vehicle turned up spray paint cans and a latex glove with fresh paint on the fingers, police said.
Police accused the juvenile of responsibility for spraying the word "RAGE" on the rear wall of Walgreen’s, several Dumpsters at the rear of Staples and Pro Fitness, and two vehicles parked nearby behind the Town Center Plaza.
They estimated total damage at $1,500, and also charged the juvenile with failure to use head lamps, a provisional driver’s license violation and careless driving.
Police said a 1998 Plymouth Neon was reported stolen from a parking space on Chatham Court between 12:15 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. Sunday. The vehicle was valued at $3,000.
Luis Toledo, 24 of Twin Rivers Drive, was charged Aug. 20 with driving while intoxicated.
Police said he was asleep at the wheel of his car with the engine running on the side of Milford Road at 12:44 a.m. They said two open bottles of beer were found in the vehicle.
Mr. Toledo also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to wear a seat belt, illegal parking and having an open container of alcohol.
Jose Ascuncion-Ricardo, 36, of New Brunswick, was charged Aug. 20 with driving while intoxicated.
Police said he was stopped for speeding at 1:44 a.m. on Route 130.
Mr. Ascuncion-Ricardo also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to wear a seat belt and speeding.
Adam Morolda, 29, of Mercerville, was charged Aug. 21 with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
Police said they stopped him at 7:10 a.m. on Route 130 because he had a brake light out.
They said they smelled burnt marijuana and subsequently discovered a small plastic baggie containing marijuana in the driver’s front pants pocket, along with a smoking pipe.
Mr. Morolda also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and having a brake light out.
Police were investigating the reported theft of car stereo Aug. 16 from the lot at Windsor Commons apartments on One Mile Road.
The car’s owner said a rear spoiler also was stolen from a 1997 Honda Civic, which was entered between 2:45 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. after a window was smashed. The owner estimated the total loss at $850.H
Hightstown
Two 17-year-old males from Manalapan were charged Sunday with possession or marijuana.
Police said they arrested the juveniles after a traffic stop on North Main Street at 4:08 a.m. They said the car was speeding and weaving moments earlier on Mercer Street, and that after the stop they smelled alcohol and burnt marijuana and soon discovered plastic bags.
Both the driver and the passenger were charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The driver also was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, failure to maintain a lane, reckless driving, careless driving, speeding, underage driving while intoxicated and violation of a provisional driver’s license.
Bryan Pecan, 35, of Stockton Street, was charged Monday with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Police said they saw two men engaging in what appeared to be a drug transaction on Stockton Street at 6:28 p.m. One man was searched and no charges were filed, but Mr. Pecan was accused of having a plastic bag containing marijuana.
Azel Davis, 29, of Sofia, N.C. , was charged Tuesday with operating a commercial motor vehicle under the influence, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, reckless driving, having a tail light out, having a suspended licensed, being an unlicensed driver and having no commercial driver’s license.
He was stopped on Franklin Street at 12:17 a.m.
Ever Arzayus, 42, of Stockton Street, was charged Aug. 22 with loitering on Academy Street to obtain a controlled dangerous substance and with hindering apprehension by giving false identification.
Police said they received complaints at 10 p.m. that Mr. Arzayus was asking people if he could buy crack
