Someone smashed the driver’s side window of an Edison man’s 2005 BMW 325 and stole the victim’s wallet and the cash that was in it while it was parked at the eBeam warehouse on Melrich Road between 2:15 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. Friday.

Someone smashed the rear hatchback of a South Brunswick woman’s 1997 Mitsubishi car while it was parked outside Banditos Margarita Factory on Route 1 at 8:53 p.m. Tuesday.
Nothing was taken from the car. Police said the woman was an employee of the restaurant.

Someone wrote "Be quiet," in black marker on a truck belonging to Joseph’s Landscaping of South Brunswick while it was parked in front of a Stanley Avenue house while the landscapers did work on the house at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday.
