BORDENTOWN CITY

   At 12:34 a.m. Sept. 4, Kate Kohlmayer, 18, of Hamilton, was charged with having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle, unlawful possession of alcohol and reckless driving after a traffic stop on Route 130/206. Police said her car was seen swerving several times headed south and police noted that the driver was not wearing a seat belt. She was released to a family member and given a late September court date.
   At 2:35 a.m. Sept. 8, Paul DiMattia, 26, of Bordentown Township, was charged with reckless driving and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle after police stopped him for driving 69 mph in a 40-mph zone on Route 130/206 South, said police. Police said he was released to a family member and a court date is pending in late September.
FLORENCE

   A cooperative enforcement effort by Florence and Burlington City police and the Burlington County Sheriff’s Department, targeting several areas in Florence, yielded four arrests on Sept. 8, with charges ranging from drug possession to outstanding warrants.
   Between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 8 and 12:35 a.m. Sept. 9, police said plain-clothes officers noted suspicious activity in several areas of the township and charges were filed against four people.
   Eric Muehleisen, 31, of Yardville, was charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the parking lot of Illusions bar on Route 130 in Florence. On the 200 block of Foundry Street on the same night, James Cox, 20, and Delphia Rollins, 20, both of Florence, were charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, and Kedar Best, 31, of Burlington City, was charged with outstanding warrants out of Eastampton and Mount Holly for failure to appear in court.
   Police said Mr. Muehleisen was seen in a vehicle in the Illusions parking lot smoking what appeared to be crack cocaine and was taken into custody. Mr. Cox and Ms. Rollins were seen by police on Foundry Street, where they appeared to be holding marijuana, and Mr. Best also was apprehended on Foundry Street for two outstanding warrants, said police.
   Mr. Best was taken to Eastampton Police Department in default of bail, Mr. Cox and Ms. Rollins were released on their own recognizance and bail for Mr. Muehleisen was set at $20,000.

   Glen Pitman, 46, of W. Second Street, was charged with simple assault at 7:23 p.m. on Sept. 6 at the West Sixth Street Recreation Field after police said he assaulted a 27-year-old Roebling man. Police said Mr. Pitman punched the man in the cheek at Pop Warner football practice. He was released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
   Police said the fight was not related to a game going on at the time.

   Marcus Walsh, 19, of Marlton, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and charged on a contempt of court warrant from Burlington County Superior Court at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 10. Police said Mr. Walsh was seen on the 10th block of West Third Street and police confirmed that he was wanted on a contempt of court charge. While searching Mr. Walsh, police said a small amount of marijuana was found. He was taken to Burlington County Jail, where no bail was set for the contempt of court warrant.
MANSFIELD

   Sean Sturdivant, 21, was charged with distribution and possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia at 6:04 p.m. Friday at his residence at Riverfront Motel, Route 130. Police said Mr. Sturdivant had been targeted by police as part of an extensive drug investigation after numerous complaints about activity at the motel. Police said crack cocaine and packaging materials were recovered after executing a search warrant at Mr. Sturdivant’s room. He was lodged in Burlington County Jail in lieu of $17,500 bail.
