The Barbara Piasecka Johnson Foundation will present the fourth "Art for Autism" charitable art auction and dinner on Saturday, Sept. 30, at the Tournament Players Club at Jasna Polana, Princeton. The event raises funds to assist children with autism and their families.
The event will be hosted by Mrs. Barbara Piasecka Johnson under the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco.
A select group of paintings and drawings from the Barbara Piasecka Johnson Collection will be sold, including such masters as Szymon Czechowicz, Artur Grottger, Jozef Pankiewicz, Wladyslaw Slewinski, Jan Stanislawski, and Leon Wyczolkowski, as well as an edition of the Radziwill Bible, a very rare bibliophilic item. Auctioneering services have been generously donated by Christie’s.
"Art for Autism" attracts large numbers of high-profile guests who support the important cause by participating in the live and silent auctions, partaking of the beauty of the club’s surroundings, and enjoying a splendid dinner.
