H. Robert Logan, 80, of Freeport, Maine, died Sept. 16 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.
Born in Trenton, he was a longtime resident of Harbourton-Pleasant Valley Road in Hopewell Township, before retiring to Maine in 1973.
He was owner and operator of the Black Bass Campground on the Piscataquis River in central Maine.
A veteran of World War II, Mr. Logan served with the 8th Air Force. His interests included carpentry and sailing.
Son of the late Charles and Bessie Mayer Logan and brother of the late Charles E. Logan Jr., he is survived his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Dunning Logan; four children, Logan Dubner of South Orange, Robin June Kenner of New Britain, Pa., Cindy Elise Kinney of Plympton, Mass., and Robert Dunning Logan of Freeport, Maine; a sister, Nancy Logan Milacki of Yardville; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Harbourton Cemetery, Harbourton.
Friends may call Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, Pennington Circle.
