Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek

So anticipated was this luxury community that three buyers camped out the night before its opening to secure their desired home sites

With one-third of its home sites already sold, the Mignatti Companies is off to a great start with Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek, a Bucks County luxury estate neighborhood adjacent to a championship-length golf course.
So anticipated was this luxury community that three buyers camped out the night before its opening to secure their desired home sites. Four homes sold within the first 48 hours.
"When the doors opened at 8 a.m. it was like a party," said Director of Sales and Marketing John Genovesi. "These people forged friendships that night that will probably last for a lifetime."
This one-of-a-kind community will offer just 210 home sites on more than 300 acres in Warwick Township, PA. Intelligently designed four- and five-bedroom estate homes will include nine-foot ceilings on the first and second floors, spacious gourmet kitchens, innovative entertaining spaces, dual-zone heating and cooling and furnished basements.
Home sites in the first selling phase all sit on preserved property and feature views of the tee box and 10th-hole fairway. Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Kelly Blake Moran, the course will be a challenging par 71, with emerald green fairways and bent grass greens.
More than two miles of walking trails will encircle this spectacular site, weaving through the forests and streams that surround Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek. Adjacent to the community are more than 50 acres of permanently preserved land, which may eventually be used for a township park.
The homes at the Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek feature Mignatti Companies’ sophisticated Doral estate design, which expand to more than 5,000 square feet. Homes have an impressive light-filled foyer and a freestanding circular staircase; as well as a formal living room, dining room and private study. A classic gourmet kitchen and adjacent family room sit at the heart of the home. Upstairs, the master suite has its own wing.
The Doral is one of the five estate home designs available for five distinctive exterior facades: the traditional Bucks County Farmhouse, the Federalist, the elegant Provincial, the Chateau or the Country French. Equally impressive rear elevations showcase the family room’s arched windows, breakfast or morning room and deck.
The builder offers a full array of enhancements, including second floor libraries, sunrooms, verandas, lower-level living spaces, entertainer and professional kitchens, additional bathrooms and learning centers.
