Princeton Community Housing offers applications for affordable units

   Princeton Community Housing is accepting applications through Oct. 7 for one-bedroom apartments designated as affordable housing in the new Harriett Bryan House on Elm Court, which will be open for occupancy early next year.
   Rent will be set at 30 percent of the tenant’s income, with maximum income limits of $29,900 for one person or $34,150 for two people. The head of the household must be at least 62 years old.
