Elmer "Jim" Gulick

   Elmer "Jim" Gulick, 86, of Hightstown, died Wednesday in the University Medical Center at Princeton.
   Born in Washington Township, he was a longtime Hightstown resident. Mr. Gulick was a self-employed carpenter who worked on many local homes. He also was an auto mechanic and had his own service garage at one time.
   Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Eva Gulick, his wife, Kathleen Gulick and sisters Dorothy Jorgenson and Clara Diefenbach, he is survived by his three daughters and sons-in-law, B. Nancy and Seymour Litwin, Gerri and Buddy D’Agostino and Elaine and Wayne Hammond; grandchildren Wayne and Lynne Litwin, Shari Litwin, Bucky and Amy D’Agostino, Tracy and Robert Mount, Dominic D’Agostino, Michael McCabe, Michele and Hal Boston, Melanie and John Lyons and James Probasco; great-grandchildren Emily, Adam, Amanda, Gianna, Daniel, Sierra, Corey, Michael, Jr., Vincent, Hal, Jr., Nicholas and Patience; many nieces and nephews; and cousin Carrie Dawes.
   Services will be held at noon Saturday at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Interment will follow in North Crosswicks Cemetery, Hamilton.
   Family and friends may call from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Saul Colonial Home.

Margaret H. Steele

   EAST WINDSOR — Margaret H. Steele, 94, died Sept. 19 at the Health Care Center at Meadow Lakes in Hightstown.
   Born in Canton, China, she lived in Lumberville, Pa., before moving to Meadow Lakes in 1990.
   Wife of the late Geoffrey Steele, she is survived by two sons, Rex Jackson of Sacramento, Calif., and Anthony Jackson of Brunswick, Maine; a sister, Martha Johnson of Cambridge, Mass.; and four grandchildren.
   A celebration of her life was held at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, Princeton.
   Interment was in Carversville Cemetery, Carversville, Pa.
Eleanor D. Kislan

   EAST WINDSOR — Eleanor D. Kislan, 71, died Monday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
   Born in Woodbridge, she retired from Carter Wallace.
   She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Edward Kislan; her children, Raymond Kislan of Robbinsville and Christina and her husband, Peter Piro of Monroe; and four grandchildren, Lindsey, Vincent, Gina and Nicolette.
   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. today at St. John’s Church, 1282 Yardville Road, Allentown.
   Interment will follow in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
Julio Yunga Uguna

   Julio Manuel Yunga Uguna, 31, of Hightstown, died early Sunday morning from a fall from the Highstown bridge at Main and Franklin streets.
   Born in Giron, Ecuador, he had been living in Hightstown for many years. He was employed as a farm worker with CBJ Farms in Chesterfield for the past eight years.
   Predeceased by his mother, Maria Uguna, he is survived by his father, Manuel; stepmother Maria Dolores Uguna Zhingre; brothers Luis, Edgar, Raul and Manuel; sister Blanca; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
   Funeral arrangements were handled by the Crabiel Memorial Funeral Home, Hightstown. Interment will be in Giron, Ecuador.
