   Lincoln Avenue resident Gloria Gold, 44, was charged with DWI, speeding and failure to maintain a lane while driving on North Main Street at 9:49 p.m. on Sept. 26.
   Police said she was processed and released. Her vehicle was towed.

   Philip M. Brown, 42, of North Brunswick, was charged with driving with a suspended license on Brooks Boulevard at 4 a.m. on Sept. 27.

   At 11:13 p.m. Sept. 27, Rigoberto Hernandez-Garcia, 41, of Bridgewater, was charged with being an unlicensed driver after being stopped on the Van Veghten Bridge, according to police.

   North Main Street resident Thomas Musz, 52, was hit by a moving vehicle at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 30 while crossing North Main Street north of the Brooks Boulevard intersection.
   Police said Mr. Musz stepped into road and was hit by a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Bound Brook resident Diane Lawler, who was traveling in the northbound lane.
   Police said Mr. Musz suffered knee, lower leg and foot injuries and possibly a broken leg. According to police, Mr. Musz was conscious and talking at the scene.
   Police have not filed any charges against Ms. Lawler, but Mr. Musz was charged with failure to use a crosswalk.

   South Main Street resident Calvin Sanchious, 35, was charged with theft and possession of stolen property at 8:40 p.m. on Oct. 1.
   Police said Mr. Sanchious was in possession of two racks of spare ribs that were previously reported stolen by the owner of Spring Garden Chinese Restaurant on South Main Street.
   Mr. Sanchious was transported to headquarters, processed and transported to Somerset County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

   South Main Street resident Robert J. Capone, 26, was charged with drunken driving at 4:25 a.m. Sept. 25 after he hit a parked car while trying to park and then walked away.
   He was transported to Somerset County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
