Miriam Brennan
   Miriam Brennan, 91, formerly of Washington Crossing, died in Lawrenceville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Oct. 5.
   Born in Trenton, she had been a resident of the area all of her life.
   Before her retirement she had been a secretary for Western Electric in Hopewell Township.
   She was a former member of St. George’s Church in Washington Crossing, the China Painter’s Guild of New Jersey and the Washington Crossing State Park Association.
   Wife of the late William C. Brennan Sr., she is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Eileen B. Randall of Pennington and Kathleen and Alex Nagy of San Diego, Calif.; two sons and a daughter-in-law, William and Geraldine Brennan of Pennington and Timothy W. and his fiancé of Forked River; five grandchildren, Carrie and Jean Brennan, Julia Meriney, William Randall and Peter Nagy; and five great-grandchildren.
   Mass of the Christian Burial was celebrated today (Monday) at St. James Church, Pennington.
   Interment was in Harbourton Cemetery.
   Arrangements were by Blackwell Memorial Home, Pennington.

Konrad J. Richter Sr.
   Konrad J. Richter, 85, of Pennington, died Oct. 4 in the Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical Center.
   Born in Bridgeport, Conn., he resided in Lawrenceville before moving to Pennington.
   He retired as chief engineer with Heinemann Electric Company, formerly of Lawrenceville, after 30 years of service. He previously worked for General Electric in Bridgeport, Conn.
   Mr. Richter was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.
   He was a former lector with the Church of St. Ann in Lawrenceville and with St. James Church in Pennington. He was member and past president of the Lawrence Township Lions Club.
   Son of the late Frank and Pauline Timpko Richter, brother-in-law of the late Harry Brown, and husband of the late Dorothea Schlottenmeier Richter, he is survived by his wife of 46 years Betty Ann O’Donnell Richter; a daughter and son-in-law Adrienne and Tom Trivella; six sons and daughters-in-law Henry and Amy Richter, Mark and Chris Richter, Kurt and Jan Richter, Konrad and Lori Richter, Kenneth and Kristen Richter and Matthew and Karen Richter; 12 grandchildren Jason, Andrew, Audrey, John, Jeffrey, Anna, Michael, James, Katelynn, Eric, Kyle and Meaghan; two brothers and a sister-in-law Eugene and Nancy Richter and Edmund Richter; two sisters in-law and their spouses, Rudy and Helen Anderson and Martin and Trudy Brown Donze; and a brother-in-law and his spouse Daniel and Jean O’Donnell.
   The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated today (Monday) at St. James Church, Pennington.
   Burial was private.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Compassionate Care Hospice, 601 Hamilton Ave., Trenton, 08530.
   Arrangements were under the direction of Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, Lawrenceville.
David Atchley
   David Atchley, 91, died Oct. 4 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical Center.
   Born in Ewing, he resided in Lambertville for 40 years until returning to Ewing years ago.
   He was a member of the Lambertville Lodge 1070 B.P.O.E. Mr. Atchley’s ancestors were among the first members of the Atchley family from Scotland to arrive and settle here in the 1700s. They settled in both Hopewell and Ewing and were farmers on Bear Tavern Road and Upper Ferry Road. The family farm near Mercer County Airport is still known today as the Atchley Farm where Mr. Atchley operated his dairy until his retirement.
   Son of the late Russell and Anna Stiles Atchley, husband of the late Emily Maroshek Atchley, father of the late Ann E. Polinski and brother of the late Samuel T. Atchley and Mary Leigh, he is survived by his daughter Mary Vincent and her husband James Sr.; a son, David Atchley Jr. and his wife Lorraine; a son-in-law, Walter Polinski; seven grandchildren, James Vincent Jr., Steven Vincent, Lorencio Atchley, Roy Atchley, Tony Atchley, Heidi Ann Mendes and David Andrew Atchley; 18 great-grandchildren, Lena, Claire, June, Kristin, Steven and Nicole Vincent, Justin James, Stephanie, Ann Marie, Byran, Jadrian, and Treyson Atchley, Lawrence Andre and Niyasia Mendes, John, Mark, Susan and David Andrew Atchley Jr.
   The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, with the Rev. Vincent Gartland, pastor, of the Church of St. Ann officiating.
   Entombment will be in the Ewing Church Cemetery.
   Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today (Monday) at the funeral home. Lambertville Elks Lodge 1070 will conduct services at 6 p.m.
