Alexandra B. Iglesias
HAMILTON Alexandra "Sandy" B. Iglesias, 57, died Thursday at Applegarth Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Monroe Township.
Born in New York, N.Y., she resided in Queens, N.Y. before moving to Trenton in 1987.
She was an active member of the St. Raphael’s-Holy Angels Parish at Holy Angels and served as a Eucharistic Minister there.
Daughter of the late Nancy Charneco Alvarez Diaz, she is survived by her husband of 36 years, Deacon Manuel "Manny" F. Iglesias; son and daughter- in-law, Manny Jr. and Tracy Iglesias of Marlton; daughter and son-in-law, Adriana and Richard Hansen Jr. of Allentown; four grandchildren, Matthew, Eric, Ricky and Olivia: her father, Louis Alvarez of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a brother Alex Morales of Pendleton, S.C.; a sister, Marixsa Jones of Sayreville,; her stepfather, Johnny Diaz of Tampa, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held Tuesday from the Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 S. Broad St. in Hamilton, with Mass of Christian Burial held in Holy Angels Church, 1733 S. Broad St. in Hamilton.
Burial followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hamilton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sandy’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central NJ Chapter, 112 Franklin Corner Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
Nancy R. Ciaramella
HAMILTON Nancy R. Migliaccio Ciaramella, 79, died Sunday in the Compassionate Care Hospice, Trenton.
She was born in Trenton and a lifelong Trenton-Hamilton resident.
Mrs. Ciaramella, along with her late husband Michael, owned and operated the Italian Ice Store in Chambersburg. She retired after 20 years of service as a supervisor for New Jersey State Department of Taxation. She was a member of St. Raphael’s Church.
Daughter of the late Vincent and Katherine Migliaccio, wife of the late Michael Ciaramella, and sister of the late Anna Cardelli, Agnes Migliaccio, Joseph Migliaccio and Nicholas Migliaccio, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Janice Ciaramella of Langhorne, Pa.; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Adele and Erwin Weber of Hamilton Township, and Catherine and Howard Lowrey of Bordentown Township; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Angelina Auletta, Rose and Andrew Serenelli all of Yardville, Elizabeth and Jack Salamandra of Hamilton Township, and Marie Fortunati of Robbinsville; seven grandchildren, Nancy Ann and husband Kevin Meck, Daniel and wife Claire Lowrey, Eric and wife Jodi Weber, Christopher and wife Leah Weber, Jessica, Valerie, and Emily Ciaramella; five great-grandchildren, Samantha and Kole Meck, Matthew, Danielle and Cameron Weber; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held 8:45 a.m. Thursday at Chambers D’Errico & Correnti Funeral Home, 825 Chambers St., Trenton.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Raphael’s Church, 3500 S. Broad St., Hamilton Township.
Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton Township.

Elaine K. Pagano
ROBBINSVILLE Elaine K. Pagano died Oct. 4 at her residence.
Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident.
Mrs. Pagano was employed as a secretary with the state of New Jersey department of Environmental Protection.
Daughter of the late Clarence Vasey and Katherine Snyder Hankey and stepdaughter of the late John Hankey, she is survived by three songs and daughters-in-law, Frank and Marylynn Dileo of Hamilton Township, Pasquale and Robbin Dileo and Delran and John Dileo of Hamilton Township; a daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Mark Wells of Hamilton Township; a sister, Jeanette Muehleisen of Hamilton Township; nine grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services and burial were in the Princeton Memorial Park Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Jennifer Lynn Soden
ALLENTOWN Jennifer Lynn Soden, 36, died Oct. 1 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, she was a resident of Hamilton most of her life.
She was employed as a systems analyst with Bristol Myers Squib. She enjoyed sports including softball with the Black Sox team, volleyball, soccer, and was active with model airplanes. She loved to deep sea fish on the Sky Larker and enjoyed cooking.
Ms. Soden was a graduate of Hamilton High West Class of ’88 and attended E. Conn. College and Mercer County Community College.
Sister of the late Mark Soden and granddaughter to the late Otto and Edith Kraus and Arthur and Edna Soden, she is survived by her parents, Robert A. and Marianne Kraus Soden of Hamilton; sister Pamela Marino and fiance Nick Grigas of Hillsborough; brother Edward E. and wife Kelly Soden of Hamilton; her nieces Christina Marino, Madison Soden and nephew Marc Soden; her aunts Susan and husband Jerry Repko of Pa. and her uncle Erich Kraus of Lawrenceville and Patricia Carpenter of Colorado; her cousins Erika and husband Mike Dinoto, Matthew and wife Nancy Repko, Erich and wife Jennifer Kraus, Hilary and husband Erik Kase and Bob Bowker and Lynn Bowker; and her brother-in-law, Robert Marino of Hillsborough.
Funeral services were held Oct. 6 from the Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave.
Burial followed in Princeton Memorial Park in Robbinsville.

Doris Swaysland
SEVEN LAKES, N.C. Doris Swaysland, 83, died Sept. 29 at her home in Seven Lakes, N.C.
Born May 15, 1923 in Orange County, N.C. to the late Haywood Lance Phelps and Lizzie Myrtle Ward Phelps, she served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and graduated from West Chester University in West Chester, Pa. with a bachelor’s degree in education.
Mrs. Swaysland was a teacher, coach, and counselor, and taught in Plainfield and North Plainfield for most of her career.
She is survived by her husband, John E. "Jack" Swaysland; her sons Donald Joseph Swaysland and his wife, Wendy of Allentown and Jeffrey E. Swaysland of Providence, R.I.; her daughters Janet E. Swaysland and her husband, Peter J. Kingsley of Marblehead, Mass., and Marybeth Behringer of High Point, N.C.; her brother, Bill Phelps of Durham, N.C.; her sister, Toni Rochelle of Durham, N.C., and three granddaughters.

A memorial service was held at the Chapel in the Pines, Seven Lakes Drive, Seven Lakes, N.C. followed by a reception at Beacon Ridge Country Club, Seven Lakes West.

Geraldine Petito
ROBBINSVILLE Geraldine (Shearer) Petito, 75, passed away Sept. 27 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
Born in Hamilton, Mrs. Petito was a longtime Hamilton resident before moving to Robbinsville in 2000.
She enjoyed spending her winters in Florida with her sisters and friends. She also enjoyed her volunteer work and the friendship of the people at the Robert Wood Johnson Wellness Center.
Private entombment services were held at Colonial Memorial Park under the direction of the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square.
