Rose Sliczynski, 86, of Monroe, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Applegarth Nursing Home, Monroe.
She will be remembered for her delicious Hungarian cookies. She worked at Brodsky’s Dress Factory for many years.
Her husband, John, died on Oct. 19, 2003. Her brothers, Frank and William Schin, also are deceased. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Sliczynski of Spotswood.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, Oct. 9, at Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, and were followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Nativity of Our Lord R.C. Church in Monroe Township. Burial took place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Brunswick. Viewings were offered Sunday, Oct. 8, at Rezem Funeral Home.
