Senior Menus-Oct. 26, 2006

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Oct. 26 — Italian wedding soup, Hungarian goulash, elbow macaroni, asparagus, tropical fruit salad, wheat bread and apple pocket. Ghost Stories Day.
   Friday, Oct. 27 — Orange juice, sliced turkey with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, cauliflower with cheese, cranberry molded salad, raisin bread and oatmeal cookies. Bingo.
   Saturday, Oct. 28 — Pineapple juice, seafood salad, croissant, cucumber-onion salad, fruit, sandwich cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Oct. 29 — Cranapple juice, chicken filet, dinner roll, potato salad, fruit, brownie and milk.
   Monday, Oct. 30 — Apple juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs, broccoli spears, tossed salad, Italian bread and frozen blueberry yogurt. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Oct. 31 — Chicken soup, loin of pork with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, applesauce, rye bread and Halloween cupcake. Trick or Treat Day.
   Wednesday, Nov. 1 — Pepperpot soup, Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced beets, citrus sections, six-grain bread and butterscotch pudding.
   Thursday, Nov. 2 — Beef barley soup, honey lemon chicken, rice pilaf, whole baby carrots, pineapple chunks, dinner roll and spice cake.
