Find a one-of-a-kind gift for everyone on your holiday list as you stroll through The Friends of the New Jersey State Museum’s ninth annual Red Bow Boutique, taking place Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 28 and 29, in the George Washington Ballroom of the historic Trenton War Memorial.
More than 20 specialty boutique vendors from throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York will be displaying their wares.
This highly anticipated annual event will benefit the exhibitions and programs of the New Jersey State Museum.
Special events include a preview party on Tuesday, Nov. 28 from 4 to 7:00 p.m. that will feature a wine-tasting, hors d’œuvres, a silent auction, and music by the Rick Fiori Jazz Trio. Items up for bid include four tickets to the Trenton Thunder, dinner for two donated by Terra Momo, and a champagne brunch for two at the Lambertville Station.
Admission to the Preview Party is $5.
In addition, a benefit luncheon will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Advance reservations are required to attend the luncheon. The shopping hours on Wednesday will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Shoppers will also have the opportunity to participate in a Chinese Auction and a 50/50 Raffle. Drawings for the prizes will be announced at the Closing Party on Wednesday evening, which will feature Cuban-American pianist-composer Tony Sala, and food and drink, as well, provided by Paris Dessert.

The Trenton War Memorial is located off of Route 29 on Memorial Drive. Ample, secure parking is available in parking lots surrounding the War Memorial Building.

The New Jersey State Museum, a division of the Department of State, is located at 205 W. State St. in Trenton. The main museum building is currently closed for renovations, as is the planetarium. The Galleries at 225 W. State St. are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
