   Bridgewater resident Jason Bylina, 23, was charged with third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon at 11:52 p.m. on Oct. 25.
   A Flemington resident said Mr. Bylina threatened her with a knife at Ten Pin Lanes in the Rustic Mall.
   When police arrived they found Mr. Bylina with a knife, according to police.
   He was processed at police headquarters and transported to Somerset County Jail pending a bail hearing.

   Police are seeking two men and a woman who are believed to have scammed a cashier out of $1,000 at Manville Food and Tobacco on South Main Street at 8:25 a.m. on Oct. 27.
   The cashier left the store to go after a customer who didn’t leave enough money for his purchase. While the cashier was out of the store trying to get the money from the customer, a woman opened the door for the third suspect who then went behind the counter and stole $1,000.
   Police said they have the theft on video and are currently looking for the three people involved.
   No descriptions of the suspects have been issued.

   A 1986 black Chevy Celebrity was damaged between 1 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. while parked in front of a Colorado Avenue residence on Oct. 29.
   Police said a South Bound Brook resident noticed damage to her driver’s side door at 4:50 p.m. Approximate damage was $300.
