Petrock, Otrimski re-elected

   Borough Councilmen Ken Otrimski and Ted Petrock won re-election to their seats, Tuesday.
   Mr. Petrock outdistanced all other candidates, receiving 1,089 votes, with Mr. Otrimski just behind him at 1,087. Republican Lillian Zuza received 1,021 votes, and her running-mate Eileen Coppola received 965. Independent Richard Onderko received 361 votes.
   Mr. Petrock and Mr. Otrimski said they’ll continue to work on the Rustic Mall redevelopment, and will seek to find a way to keep property taxes from increases.
   "We’re taxpayers, too — we need to help oursleves by helping our taxpayers," Mr. Petrock said.
   Voter turnout was 51 percent, with 2,376 voters out of Manville’s 4,637 registered going to the polls.
   Other winners in local voting were Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate Tom Kean Jr. and U.S. Representative Mike Ferguson. In the Somerset County Freeholder race, Republican Freeholder Rick Fontana and Democrat Louise Wilson carried Manville’s votes.
