MOMS Club
   Thursday, Nov. 9 — MOMS Club will hold a meeting at 9 a.m. Come to meet with other stay-at-home or part-time working moms in the community. Open to residents of Roebling, Florence, Bordentown, Fieldsboro and Mansfield. Refreshments are served and children are always welcome. For more information, please call (609) 324-3849.
Spirit walk
   Friday Nov. 10 — Join the 325th Anniversary of Bordentown City Committee from 4:30 p.m. to midnight on its second spirit walk. Sample drastically discounted drinks and food from all of our fine restaurants in the city, while enjoying the stroll around our downtown with coupons to our great retailers.
   Advanced tickets are $20 or $25 at the door of the Friends Meeting House. A limited number of tickets will be sold and all ticket holders will receive a souvenir T-shirt. Alpaca seminar
   Saturday, Nov. 11 — Alpaca Heritage Events is sponsoring a seminar for alpaca owners, breeders and the general public at the EcoComplex in Bordentown. Members of Future Farmers of America are invited to attend and their admission fee will be waived.

Fall festival
   Saturday, Nov. 11 — The Lend-A-Hand Society of the First Baptist Church in Bordentown will hold a fall festival from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Make your own holiday gift basket with items from the gift table. There are candles, stocking stuffers, and crafts, along with a table of toys and baked goods. Consultants are available for any gift ideas needed. Lunch will start at 11:30 a.m. and will include soup, sandwiches, hot dogs, a beverage and homemade desserts. Please use the side entrance off of Church Street.
Walking tours
   Saturday, Nov. 11 — The Thomas Paine Society of Bordentown is pleased to announce the next guided walking tours through Bordentown City. This walk will pay special honor to Bordentown City veterans of all wars. A toast will be made in their honor at The Old Book Shop prior to the walk.
   The tour will commence at 3:30 p.m. at the Old Book Shop of Bordentown, 200 Farnsworth Avenue in the City. The rain date will be the following Saturday, Nov. 18. For more information, feel free to contact The Old Book Shop at (609) 324-9909.
Support group
   Saturday, Nov. 11 — PASE is a parent support group for parents who have concerns regarding resources for their children, 3 to 21 years of age, with special needs. This includes local resources for referrals to doctors, dentists, as well as school-related special education questions.
   PASE meets at Columbus Baptist Church, Main Street, Columbus, on second Saturday of the month at 9:30 a.m. Call (609) 324-0292 for further information.
Pasta dinner
   Sunday, Nov. 12 — An all-you-can-eat pasta dinner will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. by the Consolidated Fire Association located on Crosswicks St., Bordentown. The cost is $7 in advance or $10 at the door for adults, $5 in advance or $7 at the door for both seniors and children 4 to 10, and free for children under 3. Pasta to go is $8. Breakfast buffet
   Sunday, Nov. 12 — Bordentown Rotary will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Bordentown Middle School, Bordentown Township. All proceeds will benefit Rotary Charities. Donations are $5 for adults and $3 for children.
Tot Shabbat
   Friday, Nov. 17 — Tot Shabbat service will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Temple B’Nai Abraham of Bordentown, 58 Crosswicks St. It is open to all children, ages 1 to 6, and their families. Join them for candle lighting, pot luck dinner, child-friendly service, story and craft. Admission is free. RSVP is required. For more information or to reserve a spot, call (609) 298-1527.
Christmas bazaar
   Friday, Nov. 17 — Trinity United Methodist Church will hold its annual Christmas bazaar from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. The bazaar features crafts, dishcloths, kitchen towels, beaded banners, cake table, homemade candy, gourmet food and a "this and that" room. Santa will be available for photos on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
   A soup and sandwich luncheon will be held Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and a buffet style ham dinner will be held Saturday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the dinner are $11 for adults, $5 for children 5 to 12, and $12 for takeout orders. Children under 5 eat free.
   The Trinity’s Treasures rooms will be open from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday and Saturday on the second floor.

Story campfire
   Friday, Nov. 17 — Fernbrook Farms will hold a story campfire from 7 p.m. at its Education Center, 150 Georgetown Road, Bordentown. There will be a guided tour of the farm learning about its history, the history of agriculture and its people. Admission is $5 per person. Registration is required. Holiday fair
   Saturday, Nov. 18 — Crafters are needed for a holiday craft show and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Mary’s School, 30 Elizabeth St., Bordentown City. For information about the show or table reservations ($20 per table), call Sue at (609) 324-9082. All profits from the show will benefit the school.
Basket bingo
   Saturday, Nov. 18 — The Jacobstown Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary will hold its third annual basket bingo at the firehouse on Route 528. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the game will begin at 7 p.m. There will be fun, food and prizes. Tickets are $20. Contact Cathy at (609) 298-1169 or [email protected] for tickets. Sandwich sale
   Saturday, Nov. 18 — The Fieldsboro United Methodist Church will hold a meatball sandwich sale from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., eat in or take out. The cost is $5 for a sandwich, soda and bag of chips. For more information, call (609) 298-4197.
Fall orienteering
   Saturday, Nov. 18 — An hour-long course teaching map and compass use will be held at the Fernbrook Farms Education Center, 150 Georgetown Road, Bordentown. Registration will begin at 10 a.m. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12. This course is not recommended for children under the age of 4.

Monte Carlo Night
   Saturday, Nov. 18 — The Chesterfield Township Elementary School PTA is sponsoring a Monte Carlo Night at the Olde York Country Club from 7 to 11 p.m. There will be gambling tables, a silent auction, hold and cold hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and an array of beverages, with a cash bar available. The cost is $40 per person or $70 per couple.

Night at the USO
   Saturday, Nov. 18 — Brookdale Senior Living will host A Night at the USO from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the Ramada Inn, 1083 RT 206 N., Bordentown. Proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association as they honor Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. Enjoy a buffet dinner, beer, wine, music, dancing and a silent auction.
