A 51-year-old Aquarius Court resident reported that his 21-year-old son’s .22-caliber semiautomatic Ruger rifle with scope was stolen from his apartment between 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 27.
Police said the burglar appeared to have gotten inside the apartment by stacking lawn furniture to reach an open bathroom window.
