FLORENCE — Police are looking for a woman who robbed the Roebling Savings Bank at Route 130 and Delaware Avenue just after 4 p.m. Nov. 8.
Police said a woman with light brown, kinky hair worn in a bun and blue eyes, between 5 feet, 5 inches and 5 feet, 7 inches in height, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and jeans, entered the bank near closing time, presented a Wawa plastic bag and said, "Give me the money."
She then began loading the bag herself as she said the teller was not moving quickly enough.
There was no weapon present during the incident, but the woman threatened the teller, said police.
Police said she escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police said the woman left the scene possibly driving a royal blue minivan with a black front bumper, traveling on Florence-Columbus Road toward Route 295.
Police ask that anyone with information about the woman’s identity contact the Police Department at (609) 499-3131.
