Panel to discuss Rocky Hill history Dec. 4

   ROCKY HILL — The Mary Jacobs Library is opening its doors to people interested in learning more about the history of Montgomery and Rocky Hill.
   A local history panel discussion featuring local historians Walter Baker, Ursula Brecknell, Jessie Havens, Bill Pauley and Jeanette Muser is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at the library, located in Rocky Hill.
   The recently digitized local history database, available only at the library, will be presented to the public.
   The event will be held in the upstairs meeting room and light refreshments will be served. The event is co-sponsored by the Van Harlingen Historical Society and the Mary Jacobs Library.
