Senior Menus-Nov. 30, 2006

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.

Regular menu

   Thursday, Nov. 30 — Grape juice, veal parmesan, baked potato, broccoli spears, tossed salad, Italian bread and vanilla ice cream cup. Count Your Blessings Day.
   Friday, Dec. 1 — Orange juice, meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, brussel sprouts, pickled beets and onions, wheat bread and apple pocket. Bingo.
   Saturday, Dec. 2 — Cranapple juice, egg salad, wheat bread, cucumber salad, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Dec. 3 — Blended juice, turkey, rye bread, minced coleslaw, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, Dec. 4 — Vegetable rice soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, sliced beets, oranges and pineapple, wheat bread and black-and-white cookie. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Dec. 5 — Pineapple juice, macaroni and cheese with diced ham, stewed tomatoes, three-bean salad, six-grain bread and pears. Cards.
   Wednesday, Dec. 6 — Cranapple juice, garlic chicken breast, mashed potatoes, baby carrots and peas, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and holiday butterfly pastry. All-site holiday gala at Flemington site.
   Thursday, Dec. 7 — Mushroom barley soup, roast loin of pork with gravy, baked sweet potatoes, green beans, applesauce, rye bread and angel food cake. Be Merry Day.
