   Kevin Lukasiewicz, 25, of Upper Black Eddy, Pa., was charged with forgery after a Bloomingdale Drive resident reported someone stole two blank checks from his home and cashed one for $200.
   The resident reported the theft after returning from a vacation. Mr. Lukasiewicz was working on a construction project at the resident’s home. Police said he admitted he took two checks and cashed one on Nov. 19 at a Flemington bank.

    Johny Singh, 19, of Bridgewater, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana in a vehicle at about 1 a.m. Nov. 25, after police stopped the vehicle in which he was a passenger because the driver remained stopped at the intersection of Route 206 and Dukes Parkway East after the light changed to green.
   Police said they smelled marijuana and noticed what appeared to be cut leaves on the floor of the vehicle, near Mr. Singh’s feet.
   He was released after the charges were field pending an appearance in Municipal Court.

    A Franklin Drive resident reported what she believed to be a misleading claim to a prize on Nov. 17.
   The resident said she received a letter alleging she’d won $50,000 from Publishers Clearinghouse, which would be sent to her if she submitted a $2,962.30 check to cover taxes and expenses to the "Global Processing Center" in Victoria, British Columbia.
   The resident said she was reporting the claim only as a matter of record.

    Michael Patrick, 48, of Bridgewater, was charged with possession of marijuana at 9:36 p.m. Nov. 17 after police observed him getting into a parked car on Camplain Road.
   Police reported noticing the odor of alcohol while interviewing Mr. Patrick, and while he passed sobriety tests, a search discovered Mr. Patrick in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
   He was released after the charge was filed.

    A construction foreman for Ryan Homes working near Weston Road reported Nov. 16 someone had broken eight windows in the new houses under construction there.
   The foreman noted six windows had been broken in August and another two at the beginning on November. The windows were valued at $180 each.

    John Firley Jr., 52, of Upper Neshanic Court, was charged with DWI after police observed the Hummer he was driving on Amwell Road near Amsterdam Drive cross the center line at 11:38 p.m. Nov. 22.
   The officer administered field sobriety tests after noticing the smell of alcohol while speaking to Mr. Firley, which Mr. Firley was unable to complete.
   At the police station, Mr. Firley refused to submit breath samples.
   He was released after charges for driving while intoxicated, failing to keep right and refusing to provide breath samples were filed.

    Antonio Lopez, 29, of Edison, was charged with exhibiting false documents to police after he was stopped on Farm Road at 4:06 p.m. Nov. 18 with a brake light out.
   Police Mr. Lopez provided an "International Driving Document," which is not recognized as a valid driver’s license in New Jersey.
   He was released after the charge was filed.
