   At 8:56 a.m. on Dec. 14, Juan Antonio Mendoza-Santos, 38, of Bound Brook, was charged with being an unlicensed driver after being stopped by police on South 13th Avenue.

   Warren resident Daniel Szukis, 20, was charged with writing bad checks at 6 p.m. on Dec. 14.
   Police said that in August, Mr. Szukis wrote a check for $1,010 to pay the rent on a West Camplain Road storefront.
   According to police, when the landlord attempted to deposit the check it bounced and Mr. Szukis never paid the amount he owed.
   Mr. Szukis was charged and released pending a court date.

   Raul Jhonaton Vera Yactoyo, 22, of Bound Brook, was charged with being an unlicensed driver after he was stopped near West Camplain Road for going the wrong way on a one-way street. He was processed and released.

   A North Ninth Avenue resident reported the theft of a Kawasaki KFX400 motorcycle between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Dec. 18.
   The estimated value was $6,000.

   A Wyoming Place resident reported the theft of a chop saw and a power screwdriver, with a combined value of $500, from his car during the overnight hours of Dec. 18.
