MONTGOMERY Jolly Old Saint Nick better known as Santa Claus will be flying into the Princeton Airport at 11 a.m. Sunday to distribute gifts to children.
While children and parents wait for Santa, Princeton Airport’s Flying Tigers will be serving cookies and hot chocolate donated by area supermarkets in the airport’s hangar.
Pat McKinley, an area folk singer, will also be entertaining the children with songs, guitar music and jingle bells, and there will be an antique fire engine for children to climb on inside the hangar.
When Santa nears the airport, children will go outside. The onlookers will see Santa fly in his plane, doing tricks in the sky, eventually landing at the airport.
Afterward, the children will individually receive a gift from Santa.
Kids: Don’t read the rest of this paragraph. (The gifts were previously brought to the airport by parents, along with a second present for needy children.)
Princeton Airport is located on Route 206, just south of the intersection of Routes 206 and 518. For more information, contact Naomi Nierenberg at (609) 921-3100.
