Horace E. Baird

   ALLENTOWN — Horace Everett Baird, 86, died Thursday at his home.
   Born in Philadelphia, Pa., he was a resident of the Allentown area for over 55 years.
   Mr. Baird was an area farmer for many years and was previously employed as an engineer for Joseph Stokes Rubber Company, Stokes Molded Products and Electric Storage and Battery Company of Pennsylvania.
   Son of the late David L. and Alda Ryner Baird, he is survived by his wife of 61 years, Garetta Henley Baird; eight nieces and nephews, David Baird of Fallbrook, Calif., Virginia Havens of Millstone Township, Dr. Robert Baird of Lancaster, PA, Nancy Day of Clarksburg, Patricia O’Connor of Ohio, Jean Principato of Robbinsville, Edward Henley of Durham, N.C. and Richard Henley of Livingston, Texas; several greatnieces, nephews and cousins as well as many caring friends and neighbors.
   Funeral service was held Tuesday at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown.
   Interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery.

Henry Carl Angelucci

   HAMILTON — Henry "Hank" Carl Angelucci Sr., 62, died Jan. 16 at home after a lengthy illness.
   Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
   He attended St. Anthony’s Grammar School and graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1962. He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served as a signalman during the Cuban Missile Crisis and was assigned to the USS Pocono. Mr. Angelucci was a retired firefighter with the Trenton Fire Department until he retired in 1994 after 26 .5 years of service. He was a former member of the Colonial Volunteer Fire Company and past president of Hamilton Little Lads. Most recently, he served as president of Angelucci Brothers and Sons Inc.
   Mr. Angelucci enjoyed cooking, gardening, and was capable of fixing anything that needed repair. He made himself available to anyone who needed help, and was a good friend to everyone who crossed his path. An avid golfer, he enjoyed annual outings to Myrtle Beach, S.C., with his friends. Along with his sons, he enjoyed tailgating at New York Jets games and was a loyal Yankees fan. Above all, he was a devoted and loving husband, a wonderful father, and a playful "Pop-Pop" to his seven grandchildren. He will always be remembered affectionately as his family’s "hero."
   Predeceased by his parents, Ademaro and Sylvia (Bocchini) Angelucci, he is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Betty) Angelucci at home; sons and daughters-in-law, Henry Carl Jr. and Tammy Angelucci of Hamilton and Brian and Kelli Angelucci of Robbinsville; daughters and sons-in-law, Christine and Peter Billings of Titusville and Donna and John Lindsey of Lancaster, Pa.; mother-in-law, Lucy Chiarello Dutko; grandchildren, Brandon and Faith Billings, Johnny Lindsey, Christian, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, and Henry Angelucci III; brothers and sister-in-law, Frank and Susan Angelucci of Chesterfield and David Angelucci of Hamilton; sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Sam Wood of Columbus; uncle Arthur Angelucci; aunts Alda Chiacchio and Antoinette Bocchini; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Phyllis Dutko of Allentown and John and Virginia Dutko of W. V.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
   Funeral services were held Saturday from the Kingston and Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton. A
   A funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 E. State St., Hamilton.
   Burial was in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Hamilton.
