Wellness center set to open

JAMESBURG – Dr. Bryan Berger, a chiropractor and fitness specialist, recently left a multidisciplinary practice in Marlboro to bring the Innovative Well-ness Center to Jamesburg.

The practice will open its doors at 220 Forsgate Drive.

Berger, a resident of Manalapan, graduated from Montclair State Univer-sity in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. He continued his education and in 2002 received his doctorate of chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Ga.

Berger now has more than 10 years’ experience in developing and implementing fitness programs for fitness centers.

Entering his fifth year in practice, Berger said he decided to combine his knowledge and experiences to create the Innovative Wellness Center. In conjunction with pain relief, the center focuses on what Berger described as “the innate healing power that we all possess.”

Berger said it is his goal to help members of the community maximize their health potential naturally through chiropractic, one-on-one personal training, massage therapy and nutrition education with the help of a registered dietitian from Nutrition Solutions LLC.

The practice can be found at the Web site www.Innovativewellnesscenter.com or by calling (732) 656-1740.
