BORDENTOWN CITY

   Police said Nelson Newton, 53, of Hamilton, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 9:05 p.m. Saturday after police approached his car, which was parked in the right lane of Route 130/206, and he told police he was lost. Police said they smelled alcohol on his breath. He also was charged with obstructing passage, reckless driving and having an open container of alcohol in his car.

   Gregory Zoltanski, 48, of Columbus, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane at 1:58 p.m. Sunday. Police said his car was stopped on Route 206 and Farnsworth Avenue after they saw it weaving up and down Route 130/206.

FLORENCE

   On Feb. 19, at 1:55 p.m., Lateisha Pratt, 18, of Bensalem, Pa., was charged with possession of CDS, possession of CDS in a vehicle, and failure to make repairs.
   Police said they stopped Ms. Pratt’s car for an inspection violation. Upon speaking with her, police said they smelled burnt marijuana coming from the car, and a search revealed that she was in possession of two partially burnt marijuana cigarettes.
   Ms. Pratt was charged and released pending a court appearance.
