Senior Menus-March 7, 2007

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.

Regular menu

   Thursday, March 8 — Apple juice, veal parmesan, baked potato with sour cream, spinach with lemon, tossed salad with chick peas, Italian bread and apricots. Share a Funny Story Day.
   Friday, March 9 — Pineapple juice, cheese omelet with salsa, hash browns, succotash, citrus sections, six-grain bread and fig bar. Bingo.
   Saturday, March 10 — Blended juice, chicken salad, Kaiser roll, pickled beets and onions, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, March 11 — Grape juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, macaroni salad, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, March 12 — Vegetable noodle soup, chicken fricassee, rice pilaf, green beans, pineapple chunks, dinner roll and butterfly pastry. Bingo and Wear Green Day.
   Tuesday, March 13 — Grape juice, beef stew with diced potatoes, peas, carrots and onions, tossed salad, corn muffin and frozen blueberry yogurt. Cards.
   Wednesday, March 14 — Cranapple juice, corned beef with mustard sauce, steamed cabbage, parslied new potatoes, applesauce, Irish soda bread and shamrock cookie. Bingo.
   Thursday, March 15 — Lentil soup, meatloaf with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli spears, tropical fruit salad, rye bread and marble pound cake. Remember When Day.

   Thursday, March 8, to Tuesday, March 13 — Same as regular menu.
   Wednesday, March 14 — Cranapple juice, honey mustard chicken, steamed cabbage, parslied new potatoes, applesauce, Irish soda bread and shamrock cookie. Bingo.
   Thursday, March 15 — Same as regular menu.
