Ludwig R. Kaplaski Jr.

   Ludwig R. Kaplaski Jr., 60, died Wednesday, Feb 28, in the Park Place Care Center, Monmouth Junction.
   Born in New Brunswick, he was a life-long resident of Monmouth Junction.
   He attended South Brunswick High School and was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was employed as a plumber with Carkhuff Garden Center in Monmouth Junction.
   His brother, Kenneth Kapalski and his sisters, Linda Byrne and Debra DePasquale, are deceased. He is survived by three daughters, Dawn Kapalski, Sherry Grinaway and Tonya Kapalski; a brother, Michael Kapalski; three sisters, Carolyn Kochis, Barbara Baker and Regina Stevenson; and many nieces and nephews.
   A graveside service was held Tuesday, March 6, at the Brig. General William C. Doyle Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 2550 Route 1, North Brunswick, N.J., 08902. Arrangements were by M.J. Murphy Funeral Home, 616 Ridge Road at New Road, Monmouth Junction, N.J. 08852.
