Symposium on special needs adolescents set in Princeton

   Princeton Regional Schools and the Special Education PTO will host an education symposium Saturday focusing on health and fitness techniques for special needs adolescents.
   The event, "Lifetime Fitness Skills for Your Special Needs Child," includes presentations from fitness specialist, yoga instructor and personal trainer Carlos Salazar as well as Sabina Beesley of the University Medical Center at Princeton’s nutrition department.
   Mr. Salazar’s hands-on presentation, which will occur from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m., will focus on fitness techniques for special needs children. Ms. Beesley will discuss foods that give children the necessary nutrients from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.
   Registration for the event will take place from 8:30 to 8:45 a.m. The event is free and open to the public, and it will be held at John Witherspoon Middle School.
