   A car buyer at the Adesa Auto Auctions lot on North Main Street reported someone stole dealer license plates, several vehicle titles and three checks for unknown amounts from his car parked at the lot at 3:24 p.m. on March 8.
   The total value of the stolen items was $50.

Leandrew Ashe, 35, of Wyoming Place, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:37 a.m. March 9 at the Wal-Mart parking lot on North Main Street.
   Police said Mr. Ashe was begging and harassing shoppers for money while in the parking lot.
   He was turned over to Somerset County Jail, with bail set at $1,500, after the charge was filed.

South Main Street resident Robert Poquette, 42, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:27 a.m. on March 10 on South Street for allegedly screaming obscenities in the street outside of the Spotlights club.
   He was turned over to Somerset County Jail, with bail set at $1,000, after the charge was filed.

Brian Dugan, 18, of North Sixth Avenue, was charged with possession of alcohol and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana at 2:22 a.m. on March 10 after a motor vehicle stop on Washington Avenue.
   Police said Mr. Dugan was found with one can of beer.
   He was stopped by police who had a warrant for his arrest because of unpaid Manville municipal court fines.
   Police did not have details on Mr. Dugan’s warrant.
   He was transported to Somerset County Jail in lieu of $1,614 bail.
