Senior Menus-March 29, 2007

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, March 29 — Minestrone soup, chicken a la Bernard, mashed potatoes, whole baby carrots, pineapple chunks, rye bread and apple crumb cake. Share a Joke Day.
   Friday, March 30 — Grape juice, honey glazed pork chop, macaroni and cheese, peas, applesauce, six-grain bread and black-and-white cookies. Bingo.
   Saturday, March 31 — Cranapple juice, egg salad, wheat bread, pickled beets and onions, fruit, sandwich cookies and milk.
   Sunday, April 1 — Pineapple juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, minced coleslaw, fruit, brownie and milk.
   Monday, April 2 — Apple juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs in tomato sauce, chopped spinach, tossed salad, Italian bread and apple crumb cake. Bingo.
   Tuesday, April 3 — Lentil soup, veal patty marsala, roasted red potatoes, cauliflower and cheese sauce, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and angel food cake. Cards.
   Wednesday, April 4 — Cranapple juice, chicken divan with sauce, saffron rice, peas and carrots, cucumber and onion salad, rye bread and chocolate pudding. Bingo.
   Thursday, April 5 — Chicken vegetable soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, sliced beets, oranges and pineapple, six-grain bread and lime gelatin with topping. Do a Good Deed Day.
