Enchantment at Hightstown winner of prestigious award

Enchantment at Hightstown was also honored with awards for Best Architectural Product Design, Best Landscaping and several other awards

Enchantment at Hightstown, the Robertson Douglas Group’s popular active-adult community in Mercer County, was recently the recipient of a number of prestigious honors at the fourth annual FAME Awards, presented by the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ). The FAME Awards recognize and honor companies and individual members of the association for excellence and accomplishments over the past year. Enchantment at Hightstown was presented with several awards, including the highest honor, Community of the Year Grand Award ( and Best Detached Adult Community $300,000 and Over).
"What a great honor to receive such recognition from our peers in New Jersey," says Jeffrey Dobrzynski, president of the Robertson Douglas Group. "It should come as no surprise — Enchantment at Hightstown is truly an amazing community, as more and more active adults are discovering every day. But it’s still humbling and rewarding when one of our communities is singled out for such prestigious recognition in so many areas. We’re grateful to our entire team and everyone who has helped to make Enchantment at Hightstown such a one-of-a-kind community."
In addition to the Community of the Year Grand Award, Enchantment at Hightstown was honored with awards for Best Architectural Product Design, Best Landscaping and several other awards. Additionally, a number of Robertson Douglas Group sales consultants from various communities were honored for their exceptional work, including Kathy Mazzarella, Anne Hannan, Grace Colby, Angela Hardie and Linda Musantry.
Even prior to receiving this year’s FAME Awards, Enchantment at Hightstown has been buzzing with activity and excitement in recent weeks. Thanks to a rebound in the new construction market — especially for baby boomers — more and more adults 55 and older are looking to buy in quality active-adult communities. Increasingly, buyers are recognizing what a unique and limited opportunity is available for them at this coveted community located in such an ideal Mercer County location. Recent incentives and unprecedented savings have brought even more buyers into Enchantment at Hightstown.
The award-winning neighborhood features an array of impressive designs comprised of up to three bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages, all attractively priced from the low $300s. Elegantly landscaped streetscapes complement the beautiful homes, creating an environment that’s nothing less than enchanting.
On top of it all, an extraordinary clubhouse will provide terrific amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, spectacular multi-purpose room with catering kitchen, library and business center, card room and billiards and sports room, to name a few.
One of the most endearing features of this popular community is its outstanding location. The Hightstown address offers terrific access to an area rich with history and full of opportunity. The New Jersey Turnpike (Exit 8), as well as Routes 130 and 33 are close at hand. Travel to the Jersey Shore, Manhattan and Philadelphia is a breeze. Hightstown and the surrounding area are replete with quaint shops, inviting bistros, golf courses and country clubs. Nearby towns such as Princeton, East and West Windsor, Monroe and Manalapan offer a wealth of rich cultural and entertainment possibilities. The area is also home to a number of shopping centers, such as the popular Freehold Raceway Mall and more.
