Isadore Straussfogel, 89, of Ewing died Sunday at the Greenwood House.
Born in Trenton, Mr. Straussfogel was a Trenton area resident all of his life. He was the proprietor of grocery stores in Hamilton Township and Penns Neck before retiring.
A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Ahavath Israel Congregation and Knights of Pythias Lodge.
Son of the late Max and Rose Straussfogel, brother of the late Sylvia Holober, William and Jack Straussfogel, and husband of the late Edythe Mahler Straussfogel, he is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Anita Lenobel of Ewing Township and Roni and Jeffrey Shotwell of Pennington; and four granddaughters, Megan and Gillian Shotwell and Rachel and Jamie Lenobel.
Funeral services and burial are at 2 p.m. today at Ahavath Israel Cemetery, Pitman Avenue, Hamilton Township.
