‘Avril a Paris’ to honor ballet school director

American Repertory Ballet and ARB’s Princeton Ballet School will honor Mary Pat Robertson for 20 years of leadership as director of ARB’s Princeton Ballet School at "Avril à Paris," the ARB’s 22nd annual gala. The black-tie dinner-dance and silent auction will be held at the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village in Plainsboro on Saturday, April 14, at 6:30 p.m.
Proceeds from the event will help to make possible American Repertory Ballet’s programs of performance, education and outreach.
The highlight of the evening will be a short performance featuring the talents of American Repertory Ballet’s professional dancers and Princeton Ballet School’s senior students and Dance Power participants (ARB’s model arts education collaboration with the New Brunswick Public School system). This showcase will demonstrate the variety and scope of American Repertory Ballet’s artistic, educational, and outreach contributions to New Jersey’s cultural landscape.
