Ronald A. Paley

   Ronald A. Paley died Friday, March 30, at his Lakewood residence.
   Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he lived in Kendall Park for 21 years, and Tinton Falls for 15 years before moving to Lakewood in 1997.
   He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He received a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the City College of New York. He was a chemical engineer with AZS Inc., Newark, for several years before becoming the owner of Maaco Paint of Tinton Falls for 15 years. He retired in 1998.
   He was the first president of Congregation B’nai Tikvah, North Brunswick. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.
   He is survived by his wife, Maxine Schlesinger; his children, Jeff Paley of Howell, Robin Weinstein and Nancy Paley, both of Mount Laurel; and seven grandchildren.
   Services were held Sunday, April 1,at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Lakewood.
